Bookings and Cancelation policy
Once your booking is confirmed, please contact us one
day in advance of your trip verifying your arrival.
For Private tours full payment is due upon confirmation
of your booking.
For the Original and Sunset tour payment can be made
on arrival, however in case of cancelation 48h prior to
your trip full payment is due. If the cancelation is made
more that 48h prior then a payment of 50% is due.
If the trip has to be cancelled due to weather conditions
and your place cannot be changed then a full refund will
be returned.
Note: Our cancelation and booking policy exists
because we work with small groups of people and we
would like to secure our little business as a big
preparation takes place before each trip. Thank you for
understanding.
Medical conditions
We must be informed of any food allergies or dietary
needs.
Personal medication if required must be brought by you.
If you have a serious health condition that requires your
doctor’s consent please inform him.
If you cannot swim please let us know
